The "PB2000MS" is an ultrasonic bonding machine for forming heat sinks compatible with Cu pins, Al pins, and hollow pins. With a dedicated horn for pin bonding, it allows for simultaneous bonding of up to 4 pins. It forms heat sinks at a rate of 4800 UPH.
